Multi-purpose flexible silicone sealant
LoctiteLOCTITE 5926 cures in contact with moisture in the air to form a flexible and resistant silicone seal. This product has a very good resistance to climatic aging and to thermal cycles, without hardening, shrinkage or cracking. Typical applications include sealing of rocker covers, timing chain cover, differential housing, lower oil sump, transmission housing, water pump, thermostat, etc. The typical operating temperature range of this product is between -54 C and 204 C.
