These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are entered into between:

Any person wishing to make a purchase either via our website www.seriesforever.com or directly in our store, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

By clicking on the icon “I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale”, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. Any modification will be notified to the Customer upon connection.
Orders are fulfilled subject to the right of Series Forever SRL to refuse them, for example in the event of pricing errors, permanent unavailability of items, suspicious buyer behavior, or non-payment of previous orders.
CUSTOMER DETAILS
The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the details provided. In the event of an error in the delivery information, Series Forever shall not be held liable.
In accordance with the Belgian Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right at any time to access, rectify, and object to the processing of your personal data if you no longer wish to receive information about our activities.
PRICES
All prices are exclusive of delivery costs. Prices excluding VAT and including VAT will be clearly indicated. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Displayed prices are guaranteed only for items in stock. If a price change occurs for an ordered item that is not in stock, Series Forever SRL undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Customer shall then have the option to cancel the order for the item concerned.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIME
In the event of item unavailability or an extension of the availability period after an order has been placed, Series Forever undertakes to inform the Customer and to indicate the new availability timeframe. Most products are available within 5 to 7 business days. Special products may require a longer waiting period.
The Customer may choose to maintain or cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, the Customer will be automatically refunded.
PAYMENT
Unless expressly agreed otherwise by both parties, all invoices are payable in cash and without discount. Online orders are payable at the time the order is placed. In-store orders are payable immediately. No discount shall be granted.
Any invoice not paid by its due date shall automatically and without prior notice bear interest at a rate of 1% per month. In addition, the Customer shall be liable, automatically and without prior notice, to pay liquidated damages equal to 15% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of EUR 50.00. Should legal proceedings be required, all resulting costs shall be borne by the Customer.
Series Forever undertakes not to store payment data and to use only secure and encrypted payment systems.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
The applicable VAT rate is 21% in accordance with Belgian law for orders delivered within Belgium. All distance sales within the European Union are deemed to take place in the Member State of destination of the goods. Series Forever is therefore required to charge VAT at the rate applicable in the Customer’s country.
Customers purchasing with a VAT number must enter it in their customer account. Once an order has been confirmed and paid, no further changes to the details will be accepted. Acceptance of the VAT number is subject to verification via the European Commission’s VIES system.
For customers outside the euro zone, the delivery address determines the applicable VAT rate. If a 21% VAT rate is applied, it will only be refunded upon presentation of proof of customs clearance bearing an official customs stamp on the order or invoice document. This document must be provided within two months of the shipment date.
Any order placed via the website and delivered outside Belgium may be subject to taxes and customs duties imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. Such duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU VAT area, a 0% VAT rate shall apply. The buyer is responsible for paying any charges due in their country.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Ownership of the goods, or restitution of items entrusted to the workshop, shall pass to the buyer only after full payment of the price, including principal, interest, and costs.
WARRANTY
New parts
The warranty against manufacturing defects is that provided by our suppliers, with a maximum duration of one year, starting from the order date. The warranty does not cover apparent defects, nor defects or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, external accidents, negligence, improper use, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, etc.
The warranty shall be granted only after examination of the parts by our suppliers or by ourselves. Return costs shall be borne exclusively by the buyer.
Used parts / “New old stock”
Parts are delivered in working condition after inspection by us. The Customer acknowledges that such goods are not covered by any warranty, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Photographs are available upon request.
Workshop services
All workshop services are guaranteed for three months. The warranty is strictly limited to adjustment of the work performed and replacement of our supplies, provided that a defect in workmanship is acknowledged by us or a manufacturing defect is acknowledged by our suppliers.
All repairs and replacements must be carried out exclusively in our workshops. No dismantling of guaranteed work may take place without our intervention. We shall not be held liable for damage to customer parts caused by age, wear, or inherent defects.
Work not completed at the Customer’s request, work performed using customer-supplied parts, emergency work, or work carried out under time constraints preventing normal repair procedures is not covered by warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not accept liability for direct or indirect damage resulting from defects in supplies or workmanship, material or construction defects, or manufacturing defects. By accepting these terms, Customers expressly waive any claim in this regard.
Our maximum financial liability shall be limited to the refund of the invoice amount paid by the Customer. No additional compensation may be claimed.
SHIPPING TIME
If items are in stock, parcels are generally shipped within two business days following receipt of payment (excluding public holidays and company closure days). If items are not in stock, an estimated shipping time will be communicated as soon as possible.
TRANSPORT
Goods are transported at the buyer’s risk, even when delivery is free of charge. Shipping costs include insurance covering the value of the parcel. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
Any transport damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery slip. Photographs of the damaged parcel must be sent to us within 24 hours of receipt.
In the event of a problem, the carrier alone shall be competent. Delivery times are indicative only, and Series Forever shall not be held liable for delivery delays.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, European consumers may cancel their order within 14 days for online purchases or within 7 days for in-store purchases.
Goods must be returned in their original, intact packaging and must not have been installed. Acceptance of returns is subject to inspection upon receipt.
Return costs shall be borne by the Customer.
Workshop services are excluded from the right of withdrawal once fully performed or once execution has begun. By signing or accepting the work order, the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
The Customer must notify Series Forever in writing of their decision to withdraw before expiry of the withdrawal period. Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification.
Items ordered “on demand only”, special orders, Land Rover branded items, customized items, and electrical or electronic parts are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaint (excluding transport-related issues) regarding the conformity of goods or services must be submitted in writing within seven days of receipt or service completion.
No complaint shall be accepted if the goods or work have been handled, installed, or repaired by the Customer or a third party.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of the judicial district in which our company is established shall have exclusive jurisdiction:

CANCELLATION
Any reduction or cancellation of workshop work by the buyer shall automatically result in invoicing of costs already incurred and forfeiture of any deposit paid.
REFUND
Any amount due to the Customer shall be refunded either in the form of a credit voucher or via the original payment method. Refunds shall be processed within 14 days in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
FORCE MAJEURE
Series Forever shall not be liable for total or partial non-performance due to force majeure events, including but not limited to computer viruses, strikes, transport disruptions, floods, or fires.
The Customer shall be informed within seven business days of the occurrence of such an event.
WEBSITE
Customers may share links to www.seriesforever.com provided this is done lawfully and fairly, without harming the company’s reputation or constituting misuse. We reserve the right to remove links at any time.
PRIVACY POLICY
Series Forever undertakes to implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data. In the event of a data breach, customers will be informed.
Payment transactions are processed on a secure platform. Customer information is necessary for order processing and may be shared with contractual partners (accountants, legal advisors). Such data is confidential and will never be used for commercial purposes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights to the website and its content are protected by international copyright law and related legislation.
SEVERABILITY
If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
