Wiper motor FW2 - 12v - reconditioned

Wiper motor FW2, fits on Serie 1 & Serie 2.
Completely dismantled and restored. Exchange base.
12v model.

The escutcheon fits on the windscreen frame is not include (ref SF-302976 for Series 1; SF-330529 for Serie 2).

Steps : 

1. Complete inspection
2. Disassembly and de-greasing of all components
3. Bead blasting of casing & parts
4. Paint + protective finish
5. Electric inspection and overhaul of armature and coils
6. Re-assembly of gearbox with gentle greasing
7. New gaskets, seals, brushes, spring etc when needed
8. Careful reassembly of all parts to make sure all tolerances are right
9. Electric performance test & running in of unit

Important:
1. You must send us your old motor. Without the return of the old unit, a surcharge of €100 + VAT will be applied. Shipping costs are at your expense.
2. Your order will only be shipped once we have received your old wiper motor. If this is not possible, a deposit system may be applied.
3. The returned motor must be complete, including its electrical part and outer casing.
