2.5D & 2.5TD cylinder head – reconditioned

Reconditioned cylinder head, pressure-tested, with new valve seats, new valves, new guides, new valve stem seals, and new pre-combustion chambers.

Please read carefully:
The sale of the cylinder head is based on an exchange system.
You must return your old bare cylinder head. Your old cylinder head must be “reconditionable” in order to recover the surcharge amount. The cylinder head must not be cracked or have stripped threads. If we do not receive a reconditionable cylinder head in return, the surcharge is €250 +VAT.

Two possible procedures:

1. If you are in a hurry: You order the reconditioned cylinder head via the website, we add the €250 excl. VAT surcharge and the shipping costs to your order. We deliver the reconditioned cylinder head. Within 2 months, you must return (at your expense) your old cylinder head. After inspection, if it is reconditionable, we will refund the surcharge amount (either by bank transfer or as a credit on the website, whichever you prefer).

2. If you are not in a hurry: You order the reconditioned cylinder head via the website. You send us (at your expense) your old cylinder head. Once received and confirmed that it is reconditionable, we will ship the reconditioned cylinder head to you. In this case, we do not charge the €250 excl. VAT surcharge.
