We strongly insist on the following point: it is necessary to fit with this reinforced manifold, reinforced studs and a new OEM quality manifold gasket. This is essential to make the assembly of the manifold as reliable as possible.

Please note:
1. The manifold is a competition piece. It is guaranteed in the event of a foundry fault, which comes down to 1 or more micro holes in the cast iron. There are no guarantees in case of cracks. To avoid distortion, breakage, it is imperative to mount reinforced studs and to tighten the collector on a flat surface.
2. Especially on Discovery 2, there is a water pellet on the engine, at the level of the collector. It is necessary to take care that this pellet does not come to touch the collector. If necessary, grind the manifold (+/- 1mm) there so that the pellet does not come to press on the manifold.
