Description :

* A unique non-rotating annular piston locking actuator is designed to eliminate air leaks sometimes found with rotating seals.

* The annular piston is also designed to eliminate the oil blow back in the air exhaust line.

* The large piston area give maximum hold-in force to reduce the possibility of jumping out of lock.

* Locking ring gives full 6mm positive engagement with side gear, again reducing the possibility of jumping out of lock.

* Gears have been redesigned for maximum strength and durability. Locking actuator cage made from steel to withstand shock loading caused by power locking.

* Locker body turned from billet 817M40T (EN24T) to give optimum strength.

* Only change necessary to fit the locker is drill and tap the diff housing 1/4” bsp for the air feed fitting. No changes to the axle case.

* Requires on board air supply - not supplied. (CKMA12 - ARB compressor assembly 12 volt)
